Fixed the issue of missing URLs in the "Learn More" section of the Chinese readme file

What does this PR do?

Currently, the "Learn More" link in Chinese documents displays this image and does not correctly redirect to the Chinese language family.

The file docs/source/zh/migration.md is translated from docs/source/it/migration.md.
