First draft completed - suicides, styled and rendered. Converted from HB to LA.

@MikeJohnPage A 3-year aggregate wasn't available, so had to make it. When I looked online for this it said 3-year aggregate was just 3-years combined into one number so have gone with this approach, but let me know if i'm wrong and i'll redo it the correct method! |
Updated code for suicides. Have gone with 3-year aggregate that takes most recent 3 years and done a mean average.

The method to calculate the three-year aggregate was correct, but please see this commit for an easier way to calculate it which requires much less code by using |
