Stage 1

• Allow player to interact with main menu
• Allow player to start new game
• Allow player to exit game
• Allow player to save game

Stage 2

• Allow player place building on game board
• Allow player to request to view remaining pieces in the game

Stage 3

• Allow player to see current score
• Allow player to choose available building pool
• Allow player to view remaining pieces in the game while playing the game

Stage 4

• Allow player to load saved game
• Allow player to receive his final score after the game ends
• Allow player to choose size of grid (city size)
• Allow player to see high scores
