I have received a sample of the HGLRC Specter F405-V2. I believe @sensei-hacker also has one. Unfortunately, the manual link on the QR code doesn't work. Tests:

A new target configuration for HGLRCF405V2 from HGLRC.
The flight controller uses the STM32F405 as the controller.
It features a single gyroscope but is available in versions with different gyroscope models.
Added files: CMakeLists.txt, target.c, target.h
