This is the release from Codeplex and is not from the current state of the code here. I plan to release another update in the next month or so.
Added "Money' type to the type mapper
Added AsyncDatatore to the extension package
Added DataBind to the extension package
Added SqlAzureDataStore
For now it just retries on any failure up to 5 times
