Just as Earth is Biosphere 1 to UA's Biosphere 2, so the Greek god Apollo the original PHOIBOS.

To paraphrase Wikipedia: Apollo, like other Greek deities, had a number of identifiers applied to him, reflecting the variety of roles, duties, and aspects ascribed to the god. However, while Apollo has a great number of appellations in Greek myth, only a few occur in Latin literature, chief among them Phoebus (/ˈfiːbəs/ FEE-bəs; Φοῖβος, Phoibos, literally "bright"), which was very commonly used by both the Greeks and Romans in Apollo's role as the god of light. Apollo was also the name of the spacecraft designed to accomplish the goal of landing astronauts on the Moon and returning them safely to Earth. The ambitious, if not quite a moon shot, goal of this workshop is to shed light on new solutions for identifier technology that allow scientists to analyze, publish, and reuse big data.
