Billable attribute migration

In Aug 2020 we added an attribute billable which can specifically mark if an org has gone over the freemium limit of 5 users. That way, even when they dip below 5, we know that they are now billable (e.g. might pay for 2 users = $10/month) vs. an org that stayed under the freemium limit and hadn't ever gone over.

These were also the orgs that we migrated to have this attribute set to true, by finding that they had a payment + active subscription:
