Breakout Meeting Rooms
Breakout Meeting Rooms is the ability to breakout the conference into smaller meeting rooms for informal discussions. This feature is used in church meetings for prayer groups or for tutorial classes in lectures. It can be used in webinar mode with everyone as listeners or in a regular conference with everyone muted. The feature is only available to meeting moderators.
The meeting moderator can auto-allocate all participants to the specified number of meeting rooms and then manually adjust placement by dragging and dropping participants between rooms. When everyone is allocated, the moderator can activate the the breakout by clicking on the breakout button. All participants will receive a command to switch to their allocated new meeting rooms. If the duration value (minutes) is greater than zero is set, then each participant will receive another command at the end of the duration period to return back to the main conference.
The moderator can manually reassemble everyone back to the conference by clicking on the reassemble button.
