v0.9 (end of first semester)

This release is the state of the course at the end of the first semester using it. It is tagged 0.9 since the following items are missing for a major release:

• Design of a fully differential OTA according to the theory.
• Adding the filter chapter.

This is a preliminary release with the material reviewed up to chapter "current mirror".
