Based on #10.

This PR includes:

  • enabling non-recursive vcs import operations by adding ENABLE_RECURSIVE_VCS_IMPORT (default: true)
  • enabling custom naming of the .repos file by adding ADDITIONAL_REPOS_FILE (default: .repos)
