Add global shortcut to open Bear search window (the native one)

Just press "alt + o", then you can search anything from Bear native search window!

Bug hunt

Fixed a few bugs, such as

• can't search multiple keyword
• can't search UTF8 characters
• only keep 1000 lines of history
• remove duplicated keyword in history
