Project Purpose

Nexus-API serves as the Decoupled Backend for my Nexus App.
It handles all logic, security, and database interactions for the Nexus-UI.

Development Status

Implemented

• Nothing, i just started.

Planned (In Development)

• User Accounts: Secure registration logic and authentication.
• Database Foundation: Scalable SQL schema using Prisma and Postgres.
• Realtime Engine: WebSocket implementation for Discord-style group chats and 1:1 DMs.
• Local AI Moderation: Integrated local filters for image/text scanning and custom profanity filters.
• Admin Tools: API endpoints for user management and filter updates.
