1. Introduction

Improve Country: Regulations have been prepared to organize cooperation between parties submitting the Idea/-s, later called Ideators, parties implementing the Idea, later called Implementers, and between both Ideators and Implementers.

2. General

1. Ideator - the party submitting the Idea, e.g. individual, company.

2. Implementer - the party implementing the Idea, e.g. individual, company.

3. Idea - the Idea for improvement sent by Ideator.

4. List of Ideators - list of Ideators prepared by Implementer.

5. List of Ideas - list of Ideas submitted by Ideators.

3. Ideator

1. Ideator gives right to use the submitted Idea to Implementer.

2. Ideator resigns from claiming the right to receiving payment from Implementer.

3. Ideator agrees or disagrees to list his GitHub username and link to GitHub profile, name and surname (if given) on the List of Ideators.

4. Implementer

1. Implementer undertakes to create List of Ideators.

2. Implementer undertakes to put Ideator/-s GitHub username and link to GitHub profile, name and surname (if given) on the List of Ideators.

3. Implementer undertakes to point the exact source of the Idea (link to GitHub Issue/-s).

5. List of Ideators

1. List of Ideators is being prepared and maintained by Implementer if the latter decides to implement the Idea.

2. List of Ideators shall contain Ideator/-s GitHub username and link to GitHub profile, name and surname (if given).

6. List of Ideas

1. List of Ideas consists of Ideas submitted by Ideators.

2. Ideas or comments to Ideas containing vocabulary considered to be vulgar, insulting or hate speach will be removed and users sending them will be blocked.

3. Submitted Ideas should not focus on the ruling party or politics in particular country.

4. Ideas should be formed in a way which will let them to be continued if the ruling party in particular country will change in the future to make it possible to improve them.

5. Ideas are suggested to be formed from global and holistic perspective as much as possible.
