Implement Image and Infobox counting

How do you plan to use it on the frontend ?
Since the changes you submitted only affects the backend. And no changes are there in thee frontend.

Please ensure that any new features are implemented comprehensively on both sides. Specifically, the validation logic used during contest creation must be synchronized with the checks performed during article submission to ensure consistency across the entire workflow.

This is one of the pre-requisites which we need to implement the feature #156. So, first we're preparing the base for it.

I'm well aware of this thing that it is only affecting the backend as we need it while implementing the automated scoring mode (#156) in near future.
