show a system health indicator in header

onClick opens an overlay with detailed stats on health

health depends on context (on which page we are)

teerdays

  • healthy if Integritee Network produces blocks at expected frequency
  • the rpc api is not syncing

wallet

  • sidechain produces blocks at expected frequency
  • shielding target L1 produces blocks at expected frequency
  • sidechain syncs parentchain (shielding target) blocks with expected latency
