This page outlines the requirements and expectations for your report submission. Please read through carefully to ensure your work meets the necessary standards.
To ensure academic rigor, the following citation guidelines must be followed:
- Your report should be well-cited, with a minimum of 8 citations.
- If your report contains fewer than 8 citations, revisit your work to strengthen it. Every claim made in the report must be:
- Proved empirically (via experiments or results).
- Backed by a citation from a reliable source.
Your report must be formatted in LaTeX, adhering to the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) style.
- Overleaf: Use Overleaf for collaborative LaTeX writing. If you log in with your university email, you are eligible for a free Pro account. Overleaf is an excellent platform for creating and managing LaTeX projects.

You are required to use the Springer style format for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Detailed guidelines for this format can be found on the Springer website:
Springer’s Author Instructions.
- The report must be submitted as a single PDF file.
- The main body of the report cannot exceed 12 pages.
- Citations and appendices do not count toward the page limit.
- You may include larger sections of code in the appendices if necessary.
- The code used in your project must also be submitted alongside the report.
