The
ifAvailablehelper with#available(macOS 12)was generating incompatibleViewBuilder code for macOS 13 runtime, causing SIGSEGV in swift::ResolveAsSymbolicReference.
Removed availability checks and used SwiftUI APIs directly (all available in macOS 13+)
