Remember to keep the package publishing on npm going so Linux (cc @egalvis27 @AlexisMora) can use the core while that project is outside the monorepo

What
Add
drive-desktop-coreto the monorepopackages/coreso we can iterate faster. Currently the translations ofdrive-desktopare in the core package, so to change any translation we needed a PR in the core repo, create a release, publish a package and create another PR in the drive-desktop repo. Since the monorepo has improved the C++ development so much we are going to the same for the core package.This PR adds all core package to the monorepo. The
srcandtestsfolder are not modified. We have moved the github actions pipelines from core to the root folder, and fix prettier and eslint pipelines. Also theCONTRIBUTING.mdand thedocsare moved to the root.
