This is the second of 2 PRs to solve the ticket from above. Basically some users are getting an
ACCESS DENIEDerror when trying to register the sync root. I've been able to replicate part of the issue and it happens when you try to register a path for a cloud provider that is already registered with anothersyncRootId. However, the problem with these users is that when we iterate all registered cloud providers this old sync root doesn't appear, so I'm not pretty sure ifACCESS DENIEDcan appear because other reasons (and the microsoft documentation is helpless).So, we are going to create a new function in C++ that brings the sync root info of the registered cloud provider. In case it exists and we receive an
ACCESS DENIEDwe are going to try to unregister using the oldsyncRootIdand register again.
