This pull request adds a weather widget and a Telegram bot to the project. The weather widget allows users to view current weather conditions at their location and a short-term forecast. Additionally, the Telegram bot can send alerts based on variables received from IoT devices, allowing users to be informed in real-time of the status of their sensors. The implementation of these new features will enhance the user experience and allow them to efficiently monitor the performance of their IoT devices.
