Done

  • Update names and add doc-comments to match the gettingStarted tutorial
  • Add HelloFinal step+scene and make it active by default
  • Create a Step0 branch, so that the tutorial reader can clone with command:
git clone -b Step0 https://github.com/EtherealEngine/ee-tutorial-hello
