Replaces the simple HTTP agent with a more secure and feature-rich
JSON-RPC agent that communicates over a Unix socket.

This change also introduces:
- Screenshot and UI automation capabilities (click, keys).
- The use of the gVisor runtime for enhanced container isolation.
- A multi-stage Docker build for the desktop image.
