🎨 Create Brick Block

First child issue of #425 and leads into issue #427

Description

The brick block feature needs to be implemented on the editor frame to allow users to navigate to different routes in the conversation flow.

The block list nav bar should also be updated to include the brick block.

The brick block should be designed to match the existing theme of the blocks.

Tasks

• Implement the brick block on the editor frame
• Add the brick block to the block list nav bar
• Design the brick block to match the existing theme of the other blocks

Design

• Brick as block title
• Textarea input field
• Button labelled 'edit'

Acceptance Criteria

• Brick block is visible and functional on the editor frame
• Brick block is included in the block list nav bar
• Brick block matches the existing theme of the blocks
