🎨 Create Brick Block #426

Description

• This PR adds the brick block feature that allows users to navigate to different routes in the conversation flow.
• The block list nav bar has been updated to include the brick block.
• The block's basic functionality ie. Instantiating a form with a text area field and an edit button has been well implemented.
• The block matches the existing theme of the other blocks

Fixes #426
