What does this change address?
We want reproducible behaviors across the board for local dev, CI, and so on.
Because
.nvmrcis known and inspected by Netlify, Netlify is using Node 16 in the build process and failing.How does this change work?
Use Node 18 in
.nvmrcto be consistent with other definitions (GitHub Actions,.tool-versions, et al.)Additional context
We'll want to upgrade to Node 20 soon.
