This version corrects several problems with version 0.1.0 as well as updates code to
be compatible with PVLib version 0.6.2 and Pandas version 0.24.1.
In addition, the release updates the simulator logic as follows:
- A system must contain, as a minimum, a panel specification and an array definition.
- A system may include up to two different arrays, but must use the same panel specification for each array.
- A system may include either or both DC and AC loads
- If a battery is included a battery bank and a charge controller must be defined
- If AC loads are present, a charge controller, an inverter, a battery and a battery bank must be defined
