[v1.0] Initial Release (for AMD 2023.2 / OP-TEE 3.18.0)

This is the initial release of this project. It includes:

• fully working PetaLinux project,
• Vitis Embedded project for programming the AES device key to BBRAM,
• documentation with background information and step-by-step instructions.
