DEPONS model v3.0

Release 3.0 of the DEPONS model.

This release includes the following changes:

• Ship noise now propagates according to the Aquarius v3 range-dependent shallow-water sound propagation model
• Response of porpoises to ship noise has now been updated
• Updated to Repast Simphony 2.10.0

DEPONS model v2.3

Release 2.3 of the DEPONS model.

This release includes the following changes:

Updated ship model including movement and sound calculation
Updated to Repast Simphony 2.9.1 and Java 11

DEPONS model v2.2

Release 2.2 of the DEPONS model.

This release includes the following changes;

• Fix for turbine start/end tick
• fix test data for alpha_hat and beta_hat as string
• alpha_hat and beta_hat changed to string to avoid rounding
• change ship coordinates to UTM
• InnerDanishWaters use separate blocks for navigation.
• Update version identifier to 2.2. Update copyright year.
• update TRACE document for release 2.2.

This release updates the DEPONS 2.1 model to use Repast Simphony 2.8.0.

DEPONS Model v2.0.1

The installer files have been updated for Repast Simphony 2.7. The release now also includes the binary installer file for easy installation. Download the DEPONS-2.0.1-setup.jar and run it (typically double-clicking on the downloaded file). The installer and application requires Java version 8 or 11 already installed.

First public release of the DEPONS model. No installer file is included in this version; must be installed via the Eclipse framework. Model documentation (TRACE document) will be made available when first results are published.
