realtime analytics using Node.js and HBase
* start HBase (very difficult)
* start HBase Thrift server
* start Gator (with your own GatorConfig)
* send data to Gator!
* HBase stores data via key and columnFamily for every time interval (set via config)
* send data to Gator as json-encoded array via udp
* Gator communicates to HBase via thrift converts everything into the right key/columns
* rewrite gatorConfig and changes happen immediately without restart
* overhaul the frontend server to be more robust
* add max and min to data collection
* send data to gator through Thrift service?
* take care of dropped packets with client side service
