Add support for communication over HTTP Protocol

Which problem is this PR solving?

• Resolves [Feature]: Support communication over HTTP to allow connecting to clickhouse proxy #136

Description of the changes

• Add config options for protocol, insecure_skip_verify, and debug (logs).
• Bump clickhouse-go/v2 to v2.18.0, jaegertracing/jaeger to v1.54.0, and testcontainers-go to v0.27.0.
• Fix deprecated testcontainers-go structs that causes failures in e2e-tests
• Bump clickhouse/clickhouse-server image to v24 and jaegertracing/all-in-one image to v1.54.0
• Fix integration tests: [Replacing OT trace with otel trace spans type to span model github.com/jaegertracing/jaeger/plugin/storage/integration v1.54.0](Replace usage of OpenTracing constants with OpenTelemetry in the domain model jaeger#4614) causes the integration tests to break as it introduces spankind: unspecified.

How was this change tested?

• This change has been tested locally with e2e-tests and integration tests for now. We have currently deployed the code in this fork into our kubernetes cluster.
