FEAT - Create password generator with modular options

I'm excited to contribute to the project with this attempt. I reviewed existing tools to align with the established layout, contribution structure, and SEO practices.

The need identified was for a Password Generator mentioned in #76

This PR implements the Password Generator with:

• Options for lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and special characters
• Adjustable password length with real-time strength indicator
• Copy-to-clipboard and clear functionalities
• SEO-friendly descriptive text and structured sections similar to other utilities

Thank you @sousadiego11. This is looking quite good! I had some design preferences, pushed a few commits, and ran the formatter as CI was complaining. Welcome to the contributors list.

I adjusted the layout to be more like other tools and moved the CTA to the middle.
