Release 1.2 - Improved Professor Querying
Release 1.2 of ku-rmp
Changes
- Changed RMP query string from
LastName, FirstName
toFirstName+LastName
for better search results.
This results in an increased likelyhood that they search will net a result. RateMyProfessors' search queries are quite finicky and this sorts out issues with finding some professors. - Removed vestigial code.
Installation
Firefox
- Firefox users should install the latest release (
ku_search_ratemyprofessors-1.2-fx.xpi
) from the attached files below.
Chrome
- Chrome users can load the extension manually or download from the Chrome Web Store
Note that it can take Google up to 7 days to approve the release of a new extension. If the version on the webstore page is outdated, seeREADME.md
