When scenarios.csv includes a coarse_resolution_arcseconds column, set_derived_attributes uses that value instead of auto-detecting resolution from the coarse NetCDF. This fixes regional (non-global) NetCDFs where auto-detection assumes global extent (180/num_lat_cells) and computes wrong values. Backwards compatible: if the column is missing or empty, existing auto-detection logic runs unchanged.
