Version 2.0.0

  • Added support for data entry forms
  • Added two action tags @HIDESUBMIT-SURVEY and @HIDESUBMIT-FORM, allowing the submit button/s to be hidden from either page type, or both with @HIDESUBMIT, consistent with the built-in @hidden action tag family

Version 2.0.1 also hides one data entry form save button ("Save and...") that wasn't captured in v2.0.0.
