This is an alpha release off of the experimental raspbian-buster branch, which updates the kiosk image for the new Raspberry Pi 4/Debian Buster.

Known issues:

  • Startup graphics aren't shown from the start of the boot process
  • MOTD on TTY's hasn't been shortened

Tested models:

  • Raspberry Pi 4 B 1GB (using ethernet) ✔️
  • Raspberry Pi 4 B 4GB (using WiFi) ✔️
  • Raspberry Pi 1 Model B ✔️

  • Linux: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
  • Raspbian: Lite release 2019-07-10
  • Kernel: Linux 4.19.57-v7l+
  • Chromium: Chromium 74.0.3729.157

You can verify correctly downloaded & decompressed files with:
