  • Central Dogma
  • Exon

  • Gene
  • Gene expression (it is a relative value or absolute value?)
  • SNP

  1. Explain the principle of high throughput sequencing(like illumina) in your own words.
  2. What is the format for fastq file and gtf file?
  3. Introduce the TCGA database in your own words.
