Hello world!

TeachersChoose is a webapp which provides a way for donors and 
companies who use DonorsChoose.org to suggest and pre-fund
projects they think should be adopted by teachers in low-
income public schools. There is currently no way for donors 
to proactively create and pre-fund projects. This new system
