The license is already provided as part of the component.json but is hard to find. In the repo's current state a user might think that no license is provided which has [Specific legal implications](http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5521080/can-i-use-the-code-in-a-github-project-which-does-not-have-a-license-specified)
