Welcome to the recon wiki! The RECON project aims to promote the use of Altera Microcontroller System and Tool chain. It provides a library of hardware configurations that can be loaded and customized quickly by users who are already familiar with other micro controller system such as Arduino/AVR. The project initially started with BemicoMax10 evaluation board but hopefully the public would join and provide support for other boards as well.
