shadedetectordoesn't actually needfixVersion-- it's just a nice-to-have. Sometimes no valid value exists -- e.g., when there is no fix yet, or when there are no "spanning" tests (i.e., tests that build at both vulnerable and fixed versions, as is the case withCVE-2019-0225).Also adds
pov-project.jsonforCVE-2019-0225, which finally resolves #24.
