Updates to the package that are made to create a revised version of the manuscript: "Informing policy via dynamic models: Cholera in Haiti". The primary changes this version are changes to the fit_haiti* functions, which previously did all of the fitting from scratch, including searching from multiple initializations. The new manuscript includes confidence intervals, and now these functions only contain the basic structure needed to fit a model from a single initialization point, and the remainder of the model calibration is done in an external R script that is not part of the package.
