degree_heterogeneity_with_reconstructability

This is a copy of the working repository used in this paper. The index_set contains the dataset used in the figure of main text. The raw dataset obatined from the inference method is too large to upload, you can generate via the inference.ipynb. Please get in touch if you have any questions, or encounter any problems. The inference.ipynb takes n=3000, L=4500 as an example.
