…test major versions Upgrade both dependant action and token to their latest major versions. Also rename some of the inputs and outputs to better reflect their purpose. This does cause a few breaking changes hower. feat(input)!: rename `default-branch` input to `target-branch` feat(input)!: replaced `installation-id` input with `installation-retrieval-mode` feat(output)!: rename `release-please` output to `raw`
