In order to manage your existing swim reservations, you need to be logged in to SignUpGenius. You must log in with the same email address that you made the reservations with. If you have not created an account already, register here.
DO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP! It does not offer the ability to cancel reservations.
To cancel an existing reservation, you must be logged in. Using a computer is highly recommended as the steps are much simpler than with a phone browser.
- Make sure you are logged in
- Go to your account page
- Under
Items I Signed Up For, find the reservation you want to cancel and click thexicon
- On the confirmation page, click
YES - DELETE
- Make sure you are logged in
- Go to your Sign Ups page
- Under
Items I've Signed Up For, find the reservation you want to cancel and tap the pencil icon

You will be taken to the weekly signup page - Find the reservation you want to cancel and tap the
xicon below it
- On the confirmation page, tap
YES - DELETE
To give someone your reservation, you must be logged in. Using a computer is highly recommended as the steps are much simpler than with a phone browser. Note that the reservation will still count against your signup limit.
- Make sure you are logged in
- Go to your account page
- Under
Items I Signed Up For, find the reservation you want to give and click thepencilicon
- Check
Display an alternate name on the sign upand enter the name of the person you are giving the reservation to
- Click
Update My Sign Up
- Make sure you are logged in
- Go to your Sign Ups page
- Under
Items I've Signed Up For, find the reservation you want to give and tap the pencil icon

You will be taken to the weekly signup page - Find the reservation you want to give and tap the pencil icon below it
- Check
Display an alternate name on the sign upand enter the name of the person you are giving the reservation to
- Tap
Update My Sign Up
