Portable-sim-panels including portable-sim-panels-fsuipc-server as zip. No install needed.
Unzip it to the desired location, ensure, that Simulator and FSUIPC are running and run start.bat (or /Release/portable-sim-panels-FSUIPC-server.exe) and open the webpage with the button on the lower right corner.

If you want to change the ports of Webserver or Websocket-Server you can adjust it in /Release/config.json
