connect-busboy relies on busboy, which had an ABI change sometime in it's past that caused incompatibility.
TODO: Move 0_schema.sql to proper knex migration.
About the only necessary change is updating scrypt-for-humans to 2.0.5 Cool beans.
We don't _really_ need error emailing functionality at the moment, and if we do, we can do something else for that.
Fancyshelf defines license as WTFPL in package.json. We have no problem here.

I feel like this was a good project, and I feel like it would be valuable to the world, as a whole, if it were made available again as a public service. To that effect, I've gone ahead and moved it to a state that I feel someone could take it, in the state it is provided, with the provided instructions (not guaranteed to be 100%, but reasonably close) into a development environment, and with a bit of auditing for security risks, into a production environment.
