• ragdoll playername/id roleid count - will spawn "count" number of ragdolls ontop of the indicated player, the ragdolls will be of the role specified in 'roleid'.

• drops PlayerName/Id ITEMNAME size - will spawn the indicated item at the players location, with the indicated size value (1 is default size)

• spawnworkbench PlayerName/Id x y z - will spawn a workbench infront of the indicated player, with the x y and z dimensions specified.

New config option: admin_049_speech default true, when try, SCP-049 will be able to talk to humans the same way SCP-939 can.
