Testing Instructions

Make an administrator menu.
Add a menu item of type "all articles".
Set a filter for this menuItem.

When you use the menu item, make sure, that featured or unfeatured articles are correcty shown.

Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request

The filter does not contain the filter featured.

Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request

Filter featured is available and works.
