Rubido V1.1 mac, windows versions updated to support colored graphics

Rubido V1.1 mac, windows versions got updated:

• support colored graphics (Press F3 / X button to switch between colored and playdate graphics)
• added crank support (F5 / LT button undock, F6 / RT Button dock, hold F7 / LB Move backwards, hold F8 /RB move forwards)
• new save location that won't interfere with updates (starting from this update)
• Black and white colors replaced with colors that playdate simulator uses
• No changes for playdate version !
