qbio_Textbook

This repository has been created to share scripts and codes for the q-bio textbook.

Each chapter of the q-bio Textbook should be contained in its own folder with the name CHXX_Name, where 'XX' is the chapter number, and 'Name' is the last name of the first author for the chapter.

Each chapter of the q-bio Textbook has been written by a different set of authors, and the codes posted here are maintained by those authors. If you have questions or comments about a specific set of codes, please refer to the corresponding chapter in the q-bio Textbook and contact the contributing author of that chapter.
